Tony DeMil

Actor / Coach

Tony DeMill is a dynamic actor with over 90 credits to his name, celebrated for his ability to portray complex and compelling characters, particularly villains. Notable performances include roles in HBO’s Succession, NCIS: New Orleans, The Bobby Brown Story, The 24th, and The Minute You Wake Up Dead alongside Jaimie Alexander, Morgan Freeman, and Darren Mann.

Tony’s acting journey began with ten years of training under Lauren O’Quinn at Class Act Studios in Orlando, where he honed his skills in the Meisner technique and scene analysis. Today, he teaches the Meisner technique, foundational acting, and character development at Get Scene Studios in Atlanta, an industry-leading studio offering casting director and agent workshops as well as comprehensive acting classes.

Beyond acting, Tony is deeply committed to health and fitness, with extensive training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and ten years of Capoeira under Mestre Lazaro Santos at Capoeira Brazilian Pelourinho. He also teaches yoga at Red Hot Yoga Studios in Atlanta, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Tony takes pride in giving back, particularly through his work with The Russell Home for Atypical Children in Orlando, a groundbreaking nonprofit supporting brain-damaged children. His dedication to compassion and community is mirrored in his personal philosophy that success is about contentment, gratitude, and uplifting others.

Jason MacDonald

Actor / Producer / Director

Jason MacDonald is a seasoned actor, director, and producer based in Atlanta, Georgia. Known for his role as Grayson Gilbert in The Vampire Diaries (2012–2017) and appearances in Welcome to Flatch on Hulu, Jason has built a robust career in television, film, and theater. He trained at the prestigious Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City and spent the early years of his career focused on theater before transitioning to on-screen work.

In addition to his acting career, Jason co-founded Drama Inc., an Atlanta-based acting studio that provides a supportive environment for actors to develop their craft. Drama Inc. offers a wide array of classes, including scene study, audition techniques, and character development, fostering a thriving creative community for aspiring and experienced actors alike. His dedication to mentoring the next generation of performers has solidified his reputation as a leader in the Atlanta acting scene.

He is the founder of Kick the Ladder, a creative collective that promotes collaboration within the indie filmmaking community through workshops, events, and filmmaking games. Catherine Dyer

Actor / Producer / Director

Catherine Dyer is a multi-talented actor, director, and producer based in Atlanta, Georgia. She co-founded Drama Inc., a premier acting school recognized for empowering artists of all levels through rigorous training and real-world guidance. Catherine has built a reputation for her passion and excellence in acting education and mentorship, alongside her successful career in film and television.

Catherine’s acting credits include significant roles in acclaimed projects such as Stranger Things, where she portrayed Agent Connie Frazier, and The Devil to Pay, in which she played a central antagonist. Her versatility shines through appearances in The Blind Side, Dirty Grandpa, The Morning Show, and The Terminal List. Beyond acting, Catherine’s directorial work includes award-winning films like Photobomb, showcasing her flair for storytelling and visual artistry​

A graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Catherine’s early career spanned roles behind the camera, including as a producer for A&E’s Biography series, earning her an Emmy nomination. Her dedication to the craft led her back to acting and directing, and she remains a force in both disciplines​

Dwayne Boyd

Dwayne Boyd, a Kansas City, Missouri native, is an accomplished actor, director, and producer who has made a significant impact in the entertainment industry. After serving in the United States Army, Boyd pursued his passion for acting in Atlanta, honing his craft in local theater productions like To Kill a Mockingbird and A Man’s World. His dedication and talent have led to roles in notable films such as The Gospel, The Hunger Games, and The Odd Life of Timothy Green. On television, Boyd has appeared in shows like Army Wives, Meet the Browns, and The Walking Dead.

As the founder of Premier Actor’s Network in Atlanta, Boyd has established himself as a mentor to aspiring actors, providing training in acting techniques and career development. His network is a cornerstone of Atlanta’s vibrant film and television community, offering weekly acting classes and fostering new talent. Boyd’s directorial debut, 4 Minutes, was featured in prominent festivals such as the American Black Film Festival, showcasing his versatility as a storyteller​.

Rick Andosca

Actor / Coach / Director

Rick Andosca is a seasoned actor, theater director, and educator with nearly five decades of experience in the performing arts. As a stage actor, he has portrayed over seventy roles in more than 1,000 performances and has directed over twenty Actors’ Equity Association productions across major cities like Los Angeles and New York City.

In addition to his extensive theater work, Rick has appeared in more than twenty films and television shows, collaborating with notable talents such as Elijah Wood, Gregory Hines, Carroll O’Connor, and David Morse. His on-screen credits include roles in Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023) and Haunted Mansion (2023).

Rick’s dedication to the craft extends to his role as an educator. He trained in the Meisner Technique under Robert X. Modica in New York City for eight years and studied at the Leland Powers School of Radio/Television and Theatre in Boston. Currently, he imparts his knowledge through Meisner Technique classes at Insight Actors Studio in Atlanta, Georgia, and Drama Inc., where he guides actors to deepen their instincts and trust in their craft.

Rick’s multifaceted career reflects his unwavering commitment to the performing arts, influencing both audiences and aspiring actors through his performances and teachings.
