It is your responsibility to make sure all documentation is compelted by the appropriate times. Registration for each member is $15, it goes up to $20, seven days after the Kick Off Meeting.

Team Captain Responsibilities:

Make sure all team members have paid their registration fee.

Make sure all team members have completed their paperwork.

Make sure the film is uploaded and that the poster for the festival program, the title card showing what you drew, your film's logo, and the still image to be used for the voting sheets are submitted by the due date.

Completing a w9 so your share of the screening sales can be paid.

Failure to do all of these things by the due date may result in your film not being screened, judged, or payment.
